Scoliosis Prevention
I was able to relieve the tension causing my son’s Idiopathic Scoliosis. My son was diagnosed when he was around 14, with a 60-degree angle at the base of his back. My wife and I did what we thought we were supposed to do, had him was fitted in a brace. He was told to wear the brace for 16 to 18 hours a day. My son knew he had about a 3 to 4 year window, where he could affect the lifelong outcome of his infliction. Which caused him to wear the brace for 20 hours a day. It did wear out shirts fast, from the constant rubbing. His doctor at the time, had the nerve to blame his inability to cure Scoliosis on his patients for not wearing the brace. Not only would the child have the stigmatism of having to wear the brace. They would also have to deal with parents chastising them, for not wearing the brace. My son wore his brace, more than was required. And went to therapy 3 to 4 times a week. In a years time the angle increased by over 10% to 67 degrees. By that time he was standing crocked and walking crocked, he drug one leg while walking. Also his shoulders were horribly uneven. 2 months from his scheduled spinal fusion surgery, I had been stretching my son for several weeks. I took him to his final visit to the orthopedic surgeon that was to do his surgery. My son looked wonderful; I could see a major improvement. I was informed he was worse. Since then, I have been stretching him every other day to twice a week. Now his shoulders are level. Now my son walks normally and is able to run with perfect form. His torso is slightly shifted, but he has no problems like he did after a year of doctor prescribed treatment. I had started a web site, to bring my stretch to light. Because of the poor results, I have published all my results into a downloadable book. Having a minimal fee, to recoup some of my fees paid. I am not a doctor and am not telling anyone not to listen to his or her doctor. I am just informing others of the wonderful results I was able to obtain: http://www.scoliosisprevention.org/
